Club membership is limited to the owners of the 75 onsite luxury condos (ESTATE Members), a small number of corporate members leasing onsite commercial or industrial space (CORPORATE Members), and a very limited number of non-resident members (LIMITED Members). With a total member count intended to maintain low, Circuit Florida will provide members and their guests a private and personal venue to enjoy the use of their personal sports cars within a safe, controlled and challenging performance road course, along with certain member amenities and social events.   

Club members pay a one-time membership fee of $80,000 and club dues of $800 per month (2024). The one-time membership fee is partially refundable upon eventual cancellation by the member. Further, the one-time membership fee is significantly reduced for secondary or “add on” owners of a condo. 

Other motorsports clubs across the country offer members the ability to buy property onsite, usually private garage space. Circuit Florida is unique in that our zoning has a residential component, allowing condo owners private, conditioned garage space and a full upstairs living space with permitted overnight stays. Finished and move-in ready condos start at $474,650 for the smallest floor plan. There are six floor plan sizes to choose from and many variations of each floor plan.   

Circuit Florida’s site has been under construction since last May, and our club’s onsite sales office is open on a regular basis. Site tours are available.
