About Us
Circuit Florida is a private motorsports country club and car enthusiast residential community. The track and first club building opened in 2024, with approvals to add an off-road course, skidpad, more track, and up to 60,000 sq. ft. of available industrial space with I-4 frontage. The club’s flagship 3-story clubhouse and event center with rooftop bar is under construction and will open summer 2027.

Situated in the charming and quaint town of Auburndale, Circuit Florida is only two minutes from the nearest Interstate 4 exit and a convenient drive from both Orlando and Tampa. Our proximity to Disney World, numerous resort communities, and the most visited city in the country (Orlando) is ideal for those considering a second residence or luxury car condo within proximity of everything Central Florida has to offer.
