About us

Paul Scarpello, Founder & CEO

Paul graduated from the University of Georgia in 1991. Following college, Paul became involved in the acquisition and construction of cell towers which was fast-growing and lucrative in the 90’s. He left his stable job at a cellular company (AirTouch Cellular, now Verizon) at 26 years old to develop a new consulting company performing cell tower acquisition and construction management for various wireless carriers. With early financial success from his business, Paul personally invested and developed his first commercial property in 2003 in South Carolina. During the past 20 years Paul has developed numerous commercial and residential projects, some for clients and others as his personal investment. For a brief three-year stint from 2010 through 2012 he held the position of Director of Construction for CBRE managing a large national client while overseeing 18 direct reports. In 2014 he became a certified Building Contractor within the State of Florida, thereafter contracting with numerous clients for construction management, as a licensed general contractor, or both. Last year Paul sold four of his income-producing properties to buy Circuit Florida’s 52 acres of land and complete all development to date.

Paul has a small car collection including a 2005 Ferrari F430 with a 6-speed manual transmission, 2018 Porsche GT3, 2015 Chevy Camaro Z/28 (was his track car), 2022 Ford Mustang Mach 1 (his current track car), and a 1988 Chevy Corvette with a 4+3 manual and only 234 miles. He bought the Corvette in 2018 with only 52 miles from someone who had stored it since new. The ’88 Corvette is significant to Paul in that it was his dream car as a teenager. Paul is awaiting his allocated Ferrari 812 GTS which is in production now and expected to arrive by November.
