Circuit Florida is designed and developed as a world-class car enthusiast club and private community. Along with a professionally designed racetrack, the community features two-story, townhome-style luxury condominiums with insulated, climate-controlled garages and high-end finishes. A modern-designed, three-story clubhouse building with rooftop bar is expected to open Q1 2026.
