Circuit Florida and its logo are trademarks of the Circuit Florida brand and shall not be used nor disseminated without the expressed written consent of Circuit Florida, Inc. (“CF”).
In the case where there is a partnership, affiliation, or sponsorship with Circuit Florida, all assets used to represent Circuit Florida should be provided by Circuit Florida directly. This includes all logos, images and copy unless expressed written consent from Circuit Florida is provided.

Such Marks shall not be used, copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed or otherwise disseminated for any purpose without the prior express written consent of Circuit Florida, Inc.
